How to Make a Refund or Exchange Request
To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

- A member of our Customer Service Team will contact you as soon as possible to assist with the return process.
Return Guidelines
- Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of the original order date.
- Condition of Products: Returned product(s) must be substantially unused.
- Proof of Return: When returning products, please keep your proof of return (tracking number) in case the parcel goes missing in transit.
Refund or Exchange Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
- Exchanges will be processed for the same or similar product(s), subject to availability.
