Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping – Excluding International Shipments

  • You can expect your order to arrive within 3–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders under $100 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $9.90 flat rate standard shipping charge.
  • Orders over $100 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping – Excluding International Shipments

  • You can expect your order to arrive within the times specified by Australia Post for Express Shipping, based on your location.
  • Orders under $100 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $14.90 flat rate express shipping charge.
  • Orders between $100–200 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $5.00 flat rate express shipping charge.
  • Orders over $200 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free express shipping.

Tracking and Delivery

  • We ship your goodies through Australia Post or StarTrack, depending on the delivery location.
  • All orders include parcel tracking, and you will receive an email with tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse.
  • If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at [Insert Contact Email or Form Link], and we’ll investigate immediately.

International Shipping

Express International Shipping

  • International shipping is sent Express and charged at the estimated cost price.
  • The cost of shipping depends on the total weight of your order.

Taxes and Duties

  • Taxes and duties are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged upon receipt.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the destination country’s regulations regarding taxes and duties on parcels shipped from Australia.

Customs Clearance

  • 28N SKINCARE is not responsible for items held in customs.
  • If your order is held in customs, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local customs office and arrange for the parcel to clear customs.
